One Shot… Six Kills
There are a couple of ways to dispatch many enemies with little effort, but poison is still my favorite. Poison was quite primitive in the Ezio series, but was perfected in Origins in my opinion. I enjoyed clearing a large area without being detected, and at higher levels managed to dispatch entire groups of enemy.
This video is an example of how one can go down the path of upgrading poison to achieve a similar effect. In this case however, I employed the direct attack method of clearing my enemies.
